Working closely with Steve Dionysius and Tim Murray, Jay helps ensure every client experiences a smooth, organised, and efficient journey from initial enquiry through to settlement and beyond. With a strong focus on client service, administration, and process management, Jay coordinates documentation, follows up key milestones, liaises with lenders and stakeholders, and helps keep applications progressing on time. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service allow Steve and Tim to focus on delivering strategic lending advice while ensuring clients receive prompt communication and support throughout the process.
